After 20 years working across different sectors and types of organisation, Capco is the most inclusive place I've worked. The Be Yourself At Work culture is something that's lived and breathed rather than just talked about. The working environment is very team-oriented and collaborative, and there are lots of opportunities to get involved in different people & culture initiatives regardless of your role.

Great place to work for LGBTQ+ identifying employees. Our #Be Yourself at Work culture empowers us to bring our authentic selves to work. Our Pride@Capco (LGBTQ+ affinity group) has plenty of events for us to connect with other queer employees for fun, mentorship, and networking.

For me, I've felt really accepted and encouraged to be my own unique self while working here. I am still fairly new to the business as a whole having only joined in October 21 as an apprentice but I can already see just how the Be Yourself At Work culture helps each and every one of us feel included and not have to hide a significant part of our lives. I'm excited to be able to delve more into this all and hopefully get more involved!

I can only let my experiences speak - During the interview process I mentioned I would be moving cities in the near future to move in with my girlfriend. This information was treated with the same response as if I'd said a different gender. Polite questions were asked, congratulations were offered for our growth. During induction Pride @ CAPCO was mentioned, and I was immediately welcomed into our UK group, which consisted of community members and allies alike.
We live busy lives here at CAPCO; serving our clients, bettering ourselves and focusing on community initiatives - but the support and equal treatment across all levels is uncanny.
