I joined Capgemini over 5 years ago and it has been a blast. Capgemini continuously builds and offers the tools to grow, improve and promote diversity, equality and inclusion into the workplace. Capgemini's dedication to Active Inclusion means there are various communities, discussions, and groups to get involved in, and therefore a safe platform for all to share their story, raise awareness and educate others. I have been involved in Capgemini's LGBTQ+ initiative, 'OUTfront', since my first week at the company and it has given me the platform to be myself, to grow my confidence, and to take part in providing invaluable awareness and myth busting sessions to others. A great place to work for all!
Having been employed by Capgemini for over twenty years now, I’d like to think that in itself speaks volumes! It’s honestly a great company to work for. Tons of opportunities to grow and develop, brilliant people and a really great culture. Of particular note for me are it’s approach to flexible working and it’s work in the diversity and inclusion space. As a part time worker, I’ve never felt less than fully supported regardless of my working pattern and genuinely have achieved that mythical work life balance! In terms of diversity and inclusion, there’s a real focus, with dedicated staff and executive support, and initiatives making a tangible, positive difference. Our OUTfront LGBT+ employee network is just one example - a vibrant, thriving and growing group there to support it’s members, welcoming LGBT+ employees and allies alike. Always something going on in OUTfront - plenty to get involved in!
