    About Creative Assembly

Creative Assembly is one of Europe’s oldest and largest games development studios, founded in 1987 in the UK.

A craft-led studio our projects are fully-shaped by our staff from art tools and AI to our sound design and cinematic trailers. CA staff have the freedom to make significant contributions to the worlds we create.

Our games are deep and detailed; they push the limits of expectation and possibility, every time. Alongside the multi-million selling Total War™ series we continue to build an impressive portfolio of games with an as-yet unannounced first-person shooter IP and world-renowned partnerships; with Games Workshop on Total War™: WARHAMMER®, Twentieth Century Fox on Alien: Isolation, plus 343 Industries and Microsoft on Halo Wars 2.

We are united through our shared values of Quality, Focus, Teamwork, Respect and Trust, which play a crucial part in helping us achieve our goals. Our values are also a driving force behind our award-winning education and social responsibility programme; the Legacy Project.

I have worked across many industries in a variety of roles and it's only Creative Assembly that I would call more than an employer. There is such a genuine commitment to improve the lives of their employees and a willingness to explore new initiatives and ideas to do that. It is refreshing to work for an employer that sees each individual as far more than just a number on a spreadsheet.

      Highly recommend!

CA's commitment to Diversity and Inclusion is one of the main reasons I applied! It's a genuine, authentic desire to make everyone feel valued and heard, not a box ticking exercise as it is with some other companies I've worked with. It's one of the most welcoming environments I've ever worked in.
