Discovery priDe is an employee group for LGBT employees and their allies that works to support inclusion, recruitment, retention, development and advancement by:

 

  • Increasing the visibility of Discovery’s LGBT employees
  • Representing LGBT employee interests within the company
  • Providing a forum for networking and mentorship at Discovery


 

This employee group executes these efforts with active groups in the U.S., U.K., Latin America, Germany, France, Poland, and Italy.
