We’re introducing a new intercity fleet on our routes to and from London, and we’re refurbishing two new, faster and more modern regional fleets across the rest of our network. We’re investing in our new website and mobile app, improving ticket buying facilities and encouraging Smartcard use, to streamline the travel experience. And we’re investing in our people – who make all this possible.
