We strive to work in a collaborative manner and to also remain as non-hierarchical as possible. To this end, Feminuity embraces active listening and iterative work processes knowing that the more voices, perspectives, and feedback that we integrate into our outputs--the more inclusive and innovative they will be. Too often, great people are not afforded great opportunities due to a range of systemic inequities such as a lack of access to formal education and networks. We encourage our clients to assess the competence of our team based on our skill, work, and character.

Since 2014, our team at Feminuity (pronounce) has supported companies to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into the core of their business. We see the potential for widespread change: across industries, companies, teams, and workplace cultures. For us, diversity isn’t a numbers game, it’s a core value. Equity isn’t a one-off initiative, it’s an intentional design choice. And inclusion isn’t a fleeting emotion, it’s a culture.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is critical for people and profits. We know that diverse teams enable innovation, creativity, and empathy, but diverse teams aren’t enough.
