I first started in the Retail part of HSBC UK in 2014, in one of our branches, and now work in Human Resources driving our Inclusion strategy for Europe. My work with the Pride network was hugely instrumental in my career progression- in building my skills, my network and my passion for driving cultural change for our employees and our communities.
