About Immersive Labs

Immersive Labs is the leader in people-centric cyber resilience. We help organizations continuously assess, build, and prove their cyber workforce resilience for teams across the entire organization, from front-line cybersecurity and development teams to Board-level executives. We provide realistic simulations and hands-on cybersecurity labs to evaluate individual and team capabilities and decision-making against the latest threats. Organizations can now prove their cyber resilience by measuring their readiness compared to industry benchmarks, building team capabilities, and demonstrating risk reduction and compliance with data-backed evidence.

Immersive Labs is trusted by the world’s largest organizations and governments, including Citi, Pfizer, Daimler, Humana, Atos, T. Rowe Price, and the UK National Health Service. We are backed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Summit Partners, Insight Partners, Citi Ventures, and Menlo Ventures.

Working at Immersive Labs

Immersive Labs was founded in 2017, from a cargo container in Bristol, UK Since then we’ve grown to over 300 employees globally and announced funding of more than $120 million.

Our success would not be possible without the collaboration and determination of our amazing global teams. We will forever ensure the people who choose to be with Immersive Labs are provided with every opportunity to enjoy and be rewarded by their work.

It’s our mission to create a progressive, open and productive workplace where we can be our authentic selves.

We believe that our values of drive, inclusivity, customer obsessed, and one team will help us get the job done and create an environment where our people can truly thrive.

Our values exist as a framework to help us support and empower each other, because we know that when we feel accepted, included and happy at work, we can do and be our best.

As such, we welcome people who share these values and are as passionate about our mission, our workplace and our product as we are.

Diversity & Inclusion

We are committed to increasing diversity in cybersecurity and maintaining an inclusive workplace culture at Immersive Labs. Our products enable the humans in cybersecurity to keep their organizations safe from the latest threats. We want our culture to provide a safe space, enabling everyone to be their authentic selves when arriving at work every day.

At Immersive Labs we have 5 key objectives to help us ensure this:

1. Every single employee of Immersive Labs should feel safe to be themselves. We want a culture of belonging. This is not somewhere you come to ‘fit in’, this is somewhere you can thrive and be your authentic self.

2. We will champion diversity and inclusion not just in Immersive Labs but the wider cyber security industry. We want a demographic balance that reflects the countries and areas we operate in.

3. We all have a role to play in making sure everyone feels like they belong

4. We want people to feel safe to speak up if they witness/experience any behaviours which do not exemplify this

5. We will always come from a place of respect when interacting with people who have different beliefs from our own.

About your LGBTQ+

Our LGBTQ+ network is in its infancy. We have our #prideatimmersive Slack channel, and as a company, we support local Pride in Boston and Bristol. Our support is not just financial, it is much more than that. It is about supporting the LGBTQ+ community to help eradicate the existence of homophobia.

In the workplace, we are providing inclusion training to enable every single person at Immersive Labs to know what true inclusion looks like and how to celebrate our unique points of difference.

Immersive Labs isn’t somewhere you work and hide elements of who you are. This is somewhere people don’t blink when you mention your partner is of the same sex, or that you are currently transitioning and your hormones might be all over the place at the moment. This is somewhere people ask you ‘what did you and your partner get up to on the weekend?’ If you experience anything different, you are empowered to speak up.
