Proudz
We have an active community of LGBTQ+ employees and allies who help to create an inclusive workplace. Proudz – our LGBTQ+ Business Resource Group – has members in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy and throughout Europe, whose mission is to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion at Kraft Heinz.
Some of the BRGs main actions include:
