LSEG Pride Network
The LSEG Pride Network is our global LGBTQ+ network representing the interests of LGBTQ+ colleagues. Our primary aim is to create an inclusive workplace where all can bring their true self to work.
The LSEG Pride Network hosts events, raises money for charity and connects with other LGBTQ+ networks across our industry and beyond. When colleagues join the LSEG Pride Network they are enabled to learn more about the community, connect with colleagues and get a clear view of the D&I strategy at LSEG.
Central to our activities are the 4 C’s:
» Colleagues – we work tirelessly to demonstrate to all that LSEG is a safe place for all LGBTQ+ colleagues regardless of location / jurisdiction and local views towards our community.
» Customers – we connect with external networks to create relationships where we can learn from each other and share best practice.
» Community – we support local and global LGBTQ+ charities in all our endeavours raising awareness and funds to help these charities build a better environment for all LGBTQ+ people.
» Capabilities – we have a huge pool of experts across LSEG who can provide skills to support charities and to progress our LGBTQ+ work internally.
