OMG UK is an inclusive community of over 1600 employees made up of four fully integrated agencies (OMD, Manning Gottlieb OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science), each with their own unique identity and positioning. As the second largest media group in the market, our core strength is our people within the OMG network – working in partnership to deliver the highest level of service and innovation for our clients.

Made up of colleagues from across the agencies and services within OMG, each group helps support our D&I strategy, providing resources for education and personal growth, ensuring we understand the different requirements of our colleagues and continue to strengthen the sense of belonging within OMG.

In 2020, we relocated all our agencies into our Bankside headquarters in London. This has opened up new levels of collaboration across the agencies, whilst retaining their independent brilliance and entrepreneurial spirit. For our people, this has also provided great opportunities for career progression across the agencies, allowing them to thrive in different environments.

Our Advisory Groups

The LGBTQ+ group are building an inclusive culture across OMG where people of all gender identities and romantic or sexual orientations can thrive, and are supported by committed, authentic allies. The focus is on attracting, retaining and celebrating LGBTQ+ talent at OMG, providing continuous LGBTQ+ education for the OMG community and allies and supporting the wider LGBTQ+ community beyond Pride, whilst helping our clients and suppliers join the conversation.
