OMG is made up of four distinctive, fully integrated media agencies - OMD UK, MG OMD, PHD and Hearts & Science, all operating as part of a global agency network.

Each agency is enhanced by having access to a range of specialist Group capabilities across digital, data and technology, content, sponsorship and partnerships, and multi-cultural marketing. This support and combined scale helps us to drive best practice, unlock new strategic value, and provide and develop specialist products and services for future scaling and differentiation.

Our specialist capabilities are also specialist agencies within their field: Fuse is a leading Sports & Entertainment partnership agency, Drum is the UK Content Agency of the Year and Unite is a diversity-driven agency, authentically connecting brands with diverse audiences.

In 2020, we relocated all our agencies into our Bankside headquarters on the Southbank in London. This has opened up new levels of support across the agencies, whilst retaining their independent brilliance and entrepreneurial spirit. Our Advisory Groups

As part of our commitment to creating a truly inclusive environment, we have nine employee advisory groups at OMG and 80 passionate representatives from across our business working collaboratively to develop best in-class initiatives and programmes of inclusivity, support and belonging for the business to adopt, either at a Group-wide level or for agencies to deliver through their own diversity and inclusion programmes so that we can strengthen the sense of belonging within OMG. 

LGBTQ+

OPEN Pride leads Omnicom-wide efforts to promote awareness, acceptance, and advocacy by creating opportunities for leadership, visibility, community involvement, networking and business for Omnicom’s LGBTQ+ community.

OMG LGBTQ+ is building an inclusive culture across OMG where people of all gender identities and romantic or sexual orientations can thrive, thrive, and are supported by committed, authentic allies. The focus is on attracting, retaining, and celebrating LGBTQ+ talent, providing continuous LGBTQ+ education for the OMG community and allies, supporting the wider LGBTQ+ community beyond Pride, and encouraging our clients and suppliers to join the conversation.
