Rapport is a place I have felt like I can really be myself. I've never been comfortable to "come out" at my place of work before Rapport; it's only now that I feel like I can be my whole genuine self. I have felt very supported and seen, especially during the last very difficult 18 month. My colleagues are not just people I work with but they are my friends.
