Raytheon UK is invested in the British workforce and the development of UK technology. Across the country, the company employs 2,000 people. A fully-owned subsidiary of Raytheon Technologies (previously Raytheon Company) in the U.S., we've been in the UK, in one form or another, for more than 100 years. In 2020, Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses merged to become Raytheon Technologies Corporation, headquartered in the U.S. The new aerospace and defence entity provides advanced systems and services for commercial, military and government customers worldwide and comprises four industry-leading businesses – Collins Aerospace Systems, Pratt & Whitney, Raytheon Intelligence & Space and Raytheon Missiles & Defence.

Raytheon UK generally operates a standard 37 hour working week, although in a challenging environment, as you might expect there can be more. However most of our sites operate a ‘lunch time’ finish on Fridays so you can enjoy a longer weekend, every weekend.
