All our leaders undergo unconscious bias training, and we've formed Global I&D committees representing various diversity dimensions. Our immediate priority is to build our network of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including (but not limited to!) Pride, Generations, Gender, Race and Disability around the world.
ERGs give everyone in RX a voice, and also an opportunity. People who are stepping into these volunteering roles are building amazing skills by running and supporting these groups, and teaching us so much about who we are, where we may be falling short, and how we can all rise together.

Our Pride community is here to promote a safe, supportive and inclusive work environment for all our RXs, and to bring them together through social events whilst raising awareness of LGBTQIA+ issues locally and nationally. We are building a global network of LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals as well as allies, promoting diversity, inclusion and awareness in the workplace.
