The Human Dignity Trust is a charity that uses the law to defend the human rights of LGBT people around the world. We are the only organisation working globally to support strategic litigation to challenge laws that persecute people on the basis of their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. We provide technical legal, communications and security assistance to lawyers and activists who are defending human rights in countries where private, same sex, consensual sexual activity is criminalised.
