Working for Whitbread
There are more than 35,000 of us at Whitbread, all from different backgrounds, identities and cultures. To make sure that all our voices are heard, we have four networks that represent some of the different people that work with us. They play a pivotal role in shaping our Diversity & Inclusion agenda and make sure we remain a business that's made up of team which reflect the communities we serve.
Our Inclusion Networks
Our 4 inclusion networks are in place to:
Create a safe space/environment - Where members of the communities can speak freely, provide feedback and get involved in events
Improve experiences of our Teams and Guests - To have an active involvement in shaping policies, consult in existing policy reviews and ongoing projects
Recruit allies and promote resources - Provide resources and introduce and educate allies for the communities and help affect change
