IS InfoSec Junior IS Security Specialist for Web Security
Infosec Protect is the responsible department for implementation of Security Technologies and running the services for ABB business areas. The department is responsible for implementation of technologies and services around end point security (EDR, PAM etc.), Network security, Public Key Infrastructure, Insider Risk, Cloud Security etc. The IS InfoSec Junior IS Security Specialist for Web Security supports and assists in driving internet access-related security operations. The role is involved in planning, assisting with technology controls for web security, coordinating with business areas related to applications, and managing technologies like Proxy and SAAS-based zero trust network access. The Junior Specialist will also play a pivotal role in supporting services around web security for ABB users.

Your responsibilities
- Supporting the coverage of secure web gateway technology across the organization.
- Assisting in managing Secure Web Gateway service and ZTNA operations.
- Participating in teams handling incidents, changes, or service requests related to Secure Web Gateway and ZTNA technology.
- Working towards ensuring that services meet the established service level agreement.
- Contributing to the continual improvement in web security technology.
Your background
- Good knowledge of Networks and Proxy technologies.
- Basic understanding of SSE platforms.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Network Access platforms.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Networking knowledge at a CCNA level.
- Exposure to at least two of the following technologies: firewall, IPS, VPN, SWG (proxy).
- Experience or familiarity with global OEMs such as AKAMAI, Zscaler, NetSkope, etc. would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards like ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
- A customer-oriented approach combined with solid soft skills.
- Ability to work within a multinational environment and adhere to rigorous processes.
- A mindset that is receptive to change.
