This position reports to

Your responsibilities
- Reading the technical project work and assessing it according to the respective scientific guidelines of the relevant universities
- IT support for students (hardware/software)
- Implementation of new technologies, learning and training methods and realisation of technical training content
- Coordination and communication with the partner universities
- Supervision of students during the theoretical and practical phases
- Creation and maintenance of training plans
- Participation in trade fairs and school visits on the subject of training marketing
- Internal and external marketing of the training portfolio
- Taking on cross-training projects and coordination tasks within the training programme
Your background
- You have a university degree in a technical field.
- Professional experience in training, learning & development or IT would be an advantage and round off your profile.
- You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
- You are flexible, mobile and work very independently.
