Operations Intern


In this role during project development, you will utilize your customer service skills and knowledge by assisting the Order Handling team in achieving billing targets, as well as handling customer inquiries regarding their purchase orders, delivery, invoicing and documentation.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing internal and external customer support.
  • Reviewing orders in coordination with Sales.
  • Manages clean order entry in accordance with relevant requirements (prices, peak quantities, dates, customer and company data, etc.) to enable order execution in the system.
  • Proactive communication with customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.
  • Collects and archives documentation relating to orders and records assumptions and decisions made during the process in the systems within his/her area of responsibility.
  • Documents repetitive cases and discrepancies, as well as improvements as appropriate, as lessons learned.

Your background

  • Student in the last semesters of the career, preferably Engineering, options Mechatronics, Chemical Industrial, Industrial Administrators or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Interest in control and instrumentation.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate.
  • Conversational English level.
