Training Internship
Gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement (six months) and learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations and enhance personal education/employment opportunities.

HR Services Specialist II
Your responsibilities
- Develop training materials.
- Perform training administrative tasks.
- Follow up compliance according to training plans.
- Participate in DNC process (Training Needs Detection).
- Ensure training process for blue-collar employees.
Your background
- Currently student.
- Knowledge of Training Regulatory Requirements.
- Well understanding of skills and necessary knowledge of production operators.
- Use of training methodologies.
- Effective communication, teamwork and problem solving.
- High sense of responsibility.
