Working student (m/f/d) to support the Supply Base Management Process

Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for supporting new software tool implementations in the Procurement area and support both internal and external colleagues in dealing with SAP Ariba, MDG, SmartBuy and invoice processing in cooperation with our ABB internal, Global Business Partners
- You will seek direct contact with our suppliers worldwide via email and phone, equally for internal contact. The goal is to ensure a smooth workflow parallel to the currently introduced new software tools
- Your workplace can be combined in a home office or on site at Busch-Jaeger Elektro GmbH in Lüdenscheid
Your background
- You should be studying Business Administration, Engineering or similiar
- You have good IT skills (in particular MS Office)
- You enjoy working independently and in a team
- You have organizational talent and enjoy structured work
- You are fluent in Business English and German

We will employ you as a working student (m/f/d) for several months, enabling you to gain hands-on experience. You can help to devise your weekly working schedule of up to 20 hours in partnership with your department. Interested?
