We will count on you to: 

  • Provide support to the senior consultants and team members in working with a wide range of clients to help them develop and implement reward programs for their employees, providing expert advice on pay philosophy, reward strategy, incentive design, market trends, regulations, and best practices.

  • Drawing on global research and rigorous analysis, equip clients with guidance, knowledge, tools, and support to ensure their reward programs reinforce their strategic objectives.

  • Help to develop HR programs, talent practices, performance management processes, and organizational designs that motivate and empower their leaders and employees to deliver their best work. 

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic track-record  

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written 

  • Flexibility and learning agility to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
