You are PASSIONATE about customer service, highly tech-savvy, and you LOVE detailed data related assignments. Your role in our future
- Test, package, and ship spare parts.
- Unpack, test, and restock returned spare parts.
- Organize and maintain local stock of parts.
- Coordinate with vendors for part delivery and return.
- Perform quality inspections and configure parts as needed.
- Support operations, technicians, and maintain documentation.
Your profile
- 3 years Customer Service background preferred.
- 2 years Supply Chain background preferred.
- Salesforce CRM experience advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and tech-savviness.
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability. Effective communicator with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This position has an hourly pay range of:
$16.83-$25.24Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
