About the role

You’ll be the main responsible in monitoring, analysing, planning and controlling commercial fixed costs of the Health BU. In addition, you will support the Category OTC controller in all the activities performed during the month, including P&L analysis, reporting package delivering and planning financial scenarios.

Your responsibilities

  • Being responsible for Commercial Fixed Costs elements of the monthly close process including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast and prior year
  • Support in the monthly brand P&L analysis, to understand and explain the main driver of the performances
  • Lead and optimize monthly reporting package and timings, addressing new local and area requirements
  • Guide corporate planning and quarterly forecast exercises for CFC
  • Collaborate with the Category Controller in collecting all the key information to proper plan and analyse financial scenarios
  • Business partner to all company functions with CFC budget (assist with budget management and insight, POs, recharges)
  • Assist the Category Controller in the preparation of the monthly key decision meeting, providing financial analysis and insights
  • Collaborate with other departments by collecting information and providing financial leadership to drive productivity initiatives and support operations management

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in controlling area in a multinational company (FMCG preferred)
  • Fluency in English (an international experience during the studies or work is highly valued)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and hands-on working experience of SAP is a plus
