Film Star Ezra Miller Refuses to Identify as Either Male or Female
Ezra Miller, star of the Fantastic Beasts and The Perks of Being a Wallflower, has said he identifies as neither male nor female in a frank interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
“I don’t identify. Like, f**k that,” he said.
“Queer just means no, I don’t do that. I don’t identify as a man. I don’t identify as a woman. I barely identify as a human.”
Miller came out as queer in 2012 and recently opened up about his own #MeToo experiences.
“They gave me wine and I was underage,” he said. “They were like: ‘Hey, want to be in our movie about gay revolution?’ And I was like: ‘No, you guys are monsters.'
“We f***ing survived it. That’s what Hollywood is. I thought we all knew we were sex workers.”
