Ryan Murphy Announces Fund to Stop Anti-Gay Politicians
Ryan Murphy, the creator of Glee and Pose, has announced he will launch a new organisation whose sole-purpose is to target anti-LGBT+ politicians and get them out of office, reports CNN.
Murphy spoke at the 2018 TrevorLIVE Los Angeles gala on Monday and said this organisation will be set up in 2020 and will “target anti-LGBTQ candidates running for office.”
“I want these hateful and wrong politicians to go and to stop polluting our moral and ethical ether,” he added.
“Based on this fall, I think it’s now possible to create a movement to protect and nourish our own.”
