Colleague Networks

Since 1987, our Colleague Networks have provided opportunities to support personal and professional development, skill building and career growth. These organizations play a huge role in creating an inclusive culture where all colleagues can thrive. Today, we have 14 Colleague Networks with more than 100 chapters globally including the PRIDE+ Network.

The PRIDE+ colleague network aims to cultivate a globally inclusive and supportive environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, intersex, and asexual or allied colleagues so they can perform to their fullest potentials. This network commits itself to advancing cultural changes and policies so all colleagues, regardless of sex, gender identity, gender expression or sexual orientation, are respected and valued.
