About Florence

Florence was founded in 2017 with the goal to fix the UK’s under-funded, over-stretched system by helping social care professionals take back control of their working lives.

And we’re making this happen together. Over 50,000 care professionals and 1,000 organisations have joined us since 2017. We’re working to make social care outstanding - with innovation and technology that puts people first. Our mission is to give everyone the care and dignity they deserve.

Working at Florence

We have offices in London, Glasgow and Birmingham with options to work remotely for the majority of roles. We’re also in the process of expanding globally.
