As an R&D Short term Intern for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for writing well structured, testable, efficient and maintainable code.

This position reports to

R&D Team Lead

Your responsibilities

  • Proposing efficient and reliable software solution
  • Developing software modules for a modular application software
  • Analyzing and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of modular software
  • Developing software tests and continuous integration
  • Being responsible for documentation of software design and products

Your background

  • MS. in Software Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, or equivalent degree with necessary expertise in the mentioned areas
  • C#/C++ or JS coding skills
  • Good skill level in design patterns
  • Strong build, debug and test skills
  • Ability of problem solving, time management and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude to work, engagement in the tasks and a strong result-orientation
  • Ability of professional communication in English
