BODYARMOR is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator (Temp) to join our team.

BODYARMOR is looking for a full time Employee Experience Coordinator for our Corporate office in Whitestone, NY. This person will be one of the welcoming faces of our office who will greet and direct guests (both in person and on the phone) and deliveries, assist with administrative tasks, help coordinate and manage both in person and off premise employee engagement activities, assist in managing new hire onboarding tasks, and aide in managing the Learning & Development program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist Facilities and Employee Experience Associate with Reception duties, including, but not limited to, answering and directing phone calls/voicemails, maintaining and upkeeping all BODYARMOR Suites, greeting and directing guests and vendors
  • Receiving, tracking, and distributing all mail and company shipments
  • When necessary, assist Facilities and Employee Experience Associate with various facility-related tasks, including upkeeping kitchen appliances and receiving and storing BODYARMOR and POWERADE shipments
  • Order daily lunch for the department and maintain lunch policy
  • Help Office and Employee Experience Manager and Facilities and Employee Experience Associate assist with the planning and coordination of any employee engagement events, mainly for corporate team members, but also for field or remote employees, and help manage the employee engagement calendar
  • Create & Manage Company-Wide Philanthropy Initiatives
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including packing the “Swag Bag” -which will be left on corporate hires’ desk for their first day or shipped to the home address of any field or remote hire, work with IT and hiring managers on the setup of new hire desks and technology, manage the Spring Training calendar for all new hires
  • Work with Office & Employee Experience Manager to manage the Learning & Development program and help make it a focus. In addition to managing and promoting existing courses, the Coordinator would help create manage, and promote new L&D courses to BODYARMOR.
  • Manage the Learning & Development course catalog and virtual calendar, as well as the invitations to all courses
  • Assist Field Business Team partner with Project Obsession needs

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree; entry level position
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet applications
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and in teams, and follow-through on assignments
  • Detail-oriented and efficient; excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Hourly rate of $37.50/hour
