Manager, QSE Process Governance

Primary Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Plan and manage the effectiveness and execution of digital tools and data to support supplier, franchise, and food service governance routines with bottlers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate and create with partner organizations including global IT and Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) Programs Digital Strategy to deliver efficient and value-added reporting, insights, and visualization within the context of improving QSE governance across the NAOU. In addition, support established governance programs to verify compliance to The Coca-Cola Company requirements and specifications.

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Designs and leads identification of high impact process improvement opportunities and initiatives and building sustainable frameworks. 
  • Oversees seamless execution of key global initiatives to drive improvements in end-to-end processes, systems, master data and related service delivery while balancing productivity, and the customer experience. 
  • Influences and leads change management across the global footprint and getting work done through critical partners and in collaboration with a broad stakeholder group. 
  • Drives effective vendor governance routines with key service providers.  
  • Maintains a strong internal controls and regulatory compliance environment. 
  • Writes, edits and develops content for diverse audiences across internal, external and digital channels of communication. 
  • Executes global communications strategies involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and initiatives supporting our products, ingredients, policies and programs. 
  • Provides ongoing subject matter expertise, leadership and coaching, to senior management on the impact their business decisions have on key constituencies and prepares (e.g. coach, train, rehearse with) the management to serve as effective media spokespeople.

Qualification & Requirements - Key duties/Responsibilities:

Projects, Scorecard creation, tracking and trending:

  • Accountable for developing supplier, production, safety, and environmental quality governance including communicating Results and managing consistent data performance.
  • Provide monthly tracking and trending of QSE 1 score and linkages to bottler ownership and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and develop data structure for franchise initiatives and providing Top to Top standardization leadership.
  • Lead monthly tracking and trending of Supplier Quality and linkage to Global Quality audit quality outcome.
  • Directs and coordinates tasks to ensure project progress stays on schedule and within budget.

Publishing scorecard and metrics:

  • Maintain and monitor monthly QSE scorecard for Governance and Programs team.
  • Lead Supplier and Franchise governance assessment data inputs to the North America Operating Unit stakeholders’ engagement.
  • Publish monthly supplier corrective action status, supply continuity and cost avoidance.
  • Inform Supplier and Franchise governance performance metrics to senior management.

Process improvements:

  • Digitalization and automate QSE data routine process.
  • Monitor and maintain new supplier authorization request form.
  • Facilitate IT networking on macro and micro projects.
  • Lead QSE governance cross functional production of new Power BI dashboard.
  • Collaborate with program data insights team to drive consistency on data analysis and framework.

QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment) Governance:

  • Accountable for supplier and production quality governance including communicating expectations and managing consistent performance.
  • Lead supplier and production development activities / capability assessments and problem-solving events.
  • Conduct facility audits and act as Authorization Subject Matter Expert (ASME)
