Account Strategist

What You'll Do:

  • Managing the day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their goals and expectations.
  • Digging deep into the campaign data to build future client strategy.
  • Present that recommended strategy to the customer during regularly scheduled status calls and check ins.
  • Partner with the sales team to upsell accounts and drive additional revenue through insightful learnings and recommendations.
  • Work with internal campaign management team to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, goals are being met, and technical issues are being troubleshooted timely and efficiently.

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years of direct client management experience in a data driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience required
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate complex situations
  • Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for an interruptive space that is in constant motion and desire to influence through hard work, idea generation and teamwork

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$83,000 - $88,000
