HR Talent Management Apprentice

What You'll Do:

  • Support Talent Management processes (Talent Review Cycle and succession planning, yearly performance assessment, goal setting…),
  • Support Talent Management program such as the Leadership Journey (Top Talent),
  • Support the Talent management team in the implementation of Talent & Performance management processes in our HRIS (Workday),
  • Support the Talent management team on quantitative and qualitative analysis and assessing key indicators to improve our programs,
  • Provide support and share information with the People Team & Managers on Talent programs,
  • Contribute to the change management part induce by Talent programs by communicating and supporting key stakeholders in these changes (change in process, tool, approach…),
  • Help design and implement the different communication strategies (to employees and to People Team).

Who You Are:

  • Curious and raising an interest in talent management and human resources,
  • Proactive mindset, not afraid of raising questions, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges,
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion,
  • At ease with data and enjoying solving problems,
  • You can build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with,
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team,
  • Very good level of English,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
