Junior Sommelier

• To create a wine experience, help and advise guests with their wine and after dinner drinks choices while serving them with accuracy & flair.

• You will be responsible for the smooth service within our food and beverage outlets, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience

• Provide knowledgeable advise to guests on wine selection in a professional and friendly manner, and serve all drinks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Actively up sell beverages to guests by imparting your knowledge of wines and beverages in regards to matching with their dish choice
• Identify when and why decanting of wines is required and perform decanting of bottles of wine or port in front of the guest in a professional and careful manner
• Maintain a clean and efficient wine and cellar environment to meet & exceed guest expectations and our company's standards
