Marketing Manager - Parts & Accessories

The Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work within eBay’s North America Marketing organization to develop go-to-market strategy and detailed execution of vertical specific campaigns for Parts & Accessories. This person will work cross-functionally to develop strategic marketing plans (including media strategy, creative strategy, and learning agenda) and drive marketing execution (including email, onsite, paid media, incentives and more).

Responsibilities:

  • Support development of marketing strategy, cross-channel go-to-market plans and a marketing learning agenda for the Parts & Accessories vertical; includes sharing information with other regions for quick-follows

  • Drive the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including marketing briefs, guiding creative development and media plans, partnering with channel owners, executing on ops processes to traffic and QA campaigns

  • Collect information and partner with channels on results, make data driven decisions for continuous improvement and identification of new opportunities

  • Ensure efficient customer experience through customer feedback, oversight on end-to-end QA process and continuous monitoring

  • Develop cross-functional and media partnerships to identify new opportunities and drive continuous innovation

Requirements:

  • College degree required, MBA a plus

  • 3+ years of tried experience in go-to-market planning, paid media execution, full funnel marketing, retail marketing or related

  • Passion or professional experience in the Motors arena

  • Shown success in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry

  • Performance focused individual with experience working from concept to completion, dealing with ambiguity and working toward clarity, while having a strong sense of accountability in achieving needed outcomes

  • Customer-centric and execution-driven approach, managing performance against established critical metrics while ensuring extraordinary customer experiences and high quality in deliverables

  • Proven project management experience; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritize

  • Ability to establish relationships, collaborate and influence across all levels, functions, geographies - internal and external

  • Effective communication skills in large & small settings, and comfortable working with Excel and Google Docs (primarily Slides and Sheets)
