The Operations Associate for the US Refurbished Category Team plays a crucial support role, working under the Program Operations Manager to implement the strategic vision and operational excellence of eBay's Refurbished program. This position is pivotal in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational tasks align with eBay's values of sustainability and competitive service.

What you will accomplish:

  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist in defining and performing strategic plans to enhance the US eBay Refurbished program, contributing to growth and market penetration.

  • Enhance Seller and Buyer Relationships: Support efforts to foster relationships with key sellers and buyers, maximising insights to optimize our inventory and enhance the customer experience.

  • Site Merchandising Management: Dedicate approximately 60% of your time to managing site merchandising efforts, ensuring refurbished products are effectively showcased to enhance customer engagement and sales.

  • Performance Analysis: Help in aggregating and analyzing performance data for WBR, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Technical CRM Management: Manage the Sales Force CRM tool setup and technical account management, enhancing team efficiency and program effectiveness.

  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with growth advisors and various internal teams to drive program initiatives and operational success, ensuring a cohesive execution of the refurbished strategy.

  • Operational Support: Provide direct support to the Program Operations Manager, aiding in various administrative and operational tasks to streamline program management and ensure targets are met.

What you will bring:

  • At least one year of experience in program management and operations within the technology or eCommerce sector.

  • Highly organized and meticulous, excelling at managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, adept at forming and maintaining effective working relationships across multiple levels and functions within the organization.

  • Analytical and proactive, comfortable with data and proactive in performing analyses and drawing insights to support decision-making.

  • Adaptable and collaborative, eager to learn, thrive in dynamic environments, and contribute positively to team objectives and collaborative projects.

  • Proficient in project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and GDocs.

  • A BA/BS degree or proven equivalent practical experience is preferred.
