As part of the mobile team for eBay, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated engineers for both Android and iOS. You will work closely with our internal and external partners help execute on our product and team goals..
Run team agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint retrospectives
Become an expert on architecture and native mobile release needs and help drive our tech-led reimagination
Work with Engineering, QE, and Release teams to build quality deliverables
Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical, user and business worlds
Execute a comprehensive roadmap to deliver high quality feature improvements and new products that provide value to our customers
Build and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

At least five years of industry experience managing high performing mobile engineering teams.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile.
Experience working on consumer facing products.
Ability to think and work independently, demonstrate creativity and deliver quick results.
History of building strong relationships with engineering, business partners, and operational users.
Comfort sorting through ambiguity in order to drive to practical business impact.
Work with the larger cross-functional team to define and execute the product strategy, business strategy, operation plan and detailed roadmap
Proficiency in basic data analysis - ability to work with analytics partners to determine what tracking is needed, how the results will be reported etc
