Sales Designer - Cabinetry

We are seeking Sales Designer - Cabinetry who is looking to build a long-term relationship and career with our established company.

The ideal candidate would be an initiative-taking and upbeat individual who is skilled in kitchen and bath sales and design. The qualified candidate will be an integral part of the sales team and will be responsible for meeting with customers, providing outstanding customer service throughout the sale and managing multiple projects concurrently. Responsibilities

  • Design cabinetry layouts, provide estimates for cabinetry and installation
  • Prepare and review order and confirmation for accuracy
  • Contribute to company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction
  • Work with customers throughout the process including finalizing order, scheduling and managing install and finalizing punch items

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and 2020 Design Software proficiency required
  • 3 years of kitchen & bath experience preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to balance multiple projects proficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Prioritize, work quickly, accurately and produce design projects within deadlines
  • Highly motivated individual that has a love for design, problem solving and customer service

Compensation Range: Training - Up to 1 year guarantee ($60,000 - $90,000). 100% Commission after 1st year.
