About the role:
FIS is excited to welcome a talented Product Designer to join our new design-led, cross-functional team focused on evolving, improving, and implementing our brand-new design system, Unify. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent user experience across the entire FIS ecosystem.

The FIS Platform team’s vision is to enable developers to access a full suite of financial capabilities and build their own applications through low and no-code experiences. We operate like an incubated startup within FIS, with the full support of the company and a mandate to create a world-class embedded finance platform. We have a fast-paced and fun group that believes strongly in putting the user first and setting a high bar for everything we ship.

The pay range for this full-time position is $136,190.00 - $228,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
