We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Corporate Wellness Director - B2B Sales Director (m/f/d) that will be in charge of the definition and implementation of the sales strategy to speed up our growth across Germany. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth .
Your role as Corporate Wellness Director - B2B Sales Director (m/f/d):
- Define the B2B sales strategy and act as a key partner in our organization to define the growth of the german market;
- Work closely with the Country manager and the Head's of the different department to coordinate all the company strategies;
- Define the priorities to reach companies above 1.000 FTE;
- Actively manage new sales opportunities through strategic networking and sales activities with the support of the sales team;
- Establish and manage business relationships with key clients;
- Manage meetings with the key figures of potential clients (e.g. HR Directors, CEO, Managing Partners...) to define clients' needs to offer them the right solution;
- Develop ad hoc proposal and conclude deals.
- Min. 5 years experience in sales/consultancy role;
- Excellent Master or Bachelor degree;
- Proficiency in English;
- Already existing HR network is a plus;
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;
- Fast learner and passion for sales;
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
- Great communicative and relational skills;
- Proactive and entrepreneurship aptitude;
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
