We specialise in foreign exchange, credits and rates, structured derivatives, equities and debt, equity and equity-linked capital markets.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Analyst, Retail Execution Desk ASP.
Role Purpose :
Working in the Global Markets dealing room this person will learn how to price, execute fixed income bond trades, gaining exposure in the primary and secondary markets. They will learn about factors that drive fixed income markets and investor sentiment. Build relationships with regional RBWM as a product provider. Support the RBWM bond platform and help bring online new systems. Integrating fixed income ALGO into our HSBC digital pricing platforms, helping to price bespoke and platform CD's, as well as organize the CD book building process.
Role context:
- The jobholder must understand that at all times they are bound by the conditions of Treasury FIM as the primary Compliance and Control framework and must adhere to all Global Markets staff controls (including but not withstanding core leave policies, personal dealing, etc.)
- The jobholder is not authorised to run any open risk positions

- Help the desk execute trades in an efficient manner, manage a range of orders including at market, limit and primary book building and allocation
- Help bring greater efficiency and service to the RBWM network with the implementation of IRIS for RBWM and wealth link systems
