As part of HSBC's Innovation Banking Division, the Sales Operations Associate will work within our Operations Team to support the Technology and Life Sciences/Healthcare Relationship Managers by capturing and inputting critical client information and data, and providing reporting and analytical support to the teams.

As a Sales Operations Associate, you will:

  • Assist with end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, and delivering regular insights to the business
  • Define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management and operational requirements
  • Analyze and glean important insights from operational data to provide strategic recommendations to the Sales & Operations teams on how to streamline internal processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc requests, projects, and critical issues as needed
  • Own CRM data quality maintenance and deliver long-term workflow recommendations to ensure highest standard of CRM quality
  • Supporting teams with key documents, such as business plans, call preparation packages, and key reporting deliverables for leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM data and MNPI access regarding clients / individuals/ divisions

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $95,000.00 and $120,000.00.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
