We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Trainee.

Business:Wholesale IT

Principal responsibilities

Cooperate with existing service management team/global support team to support all applications in Power platform.
Take care service management for Wholesale Regional ASP Power Platform, work with other service management teammate in India, Mexico to provide follow the sun support.
Reporting of critical outages to management and business partners until successful resolution and deals effectively with issues that are complex, confidential and sensitive in nature.
Work with different Pods teams for production releases, handle incident/problem in Prod environment and user queries from different markets.
Work with vendor to ensure system issue being well followed up.
Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support and stability.
Willing to be the first to try new technologies, and be able to quickly produce proof of concept.
