Asset Management – Working Student Sales Support (all genders) - Emerging Talent Program
Currently we are looking for a highly motivated Working Student (all genders), German Speaker, who would like to join our Sales team in Frankfurt for 19 h/week during the semester, full-time during breaks on-site in Frankfurt, starting as soon as possible. The duration of program is one year. Our team members and mentors will help you navigate the firm and continue to learn about our businesses.
Job Summary:
As a Working Student Sales Support - Emerging Talent Program you will assist SalesTeam in preparing sales presentations and perform research projects on various market and client topics. This Role provides everything you need to be successful – from training and mentorship from senior leaders to projects that engage all your skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales team in coordinating client meetings, preparing sales presentation booklets and meeting documents for client presentations, etc.
- Source and prepare responses for clients’ ad-hoc questions or reporting requests
- Assist Sales team in maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in client databases to provide access to key data
- Create fund competitor analyses using data bases as Morningstar or Bloomberg
- Perform research projects on various market and client topics
- Expense processing and reconciliation
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Fluent in German and in English is a must
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively as well as exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Currently enrolled studies in Master’s degree programme in Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
- Previous work experience as a Working Student/Intern within banks, insurance, asset management or consultants would be asset
- No semester abroad planned during 1-year Program duration
