Debt Capital Markets Internship
As a Debt Capital Markets Intern within our Debt Capital Markets team, you will be part of a dynamic team that manages a wide-range portfolio of products. You will have the opportunity to prepare internal and external presentations, interact with local and international sales teams, build and update transaction databases, and assist the team with deal execution. This role will provide you with a deep understanding of both Brazilian and international capital markets, and the chance to apply your strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Job responsibilities:
• Prepare internal and external presentations with tailored pages for specific clients;
• Interact with local and international sales teams to gather information on market conditions and pricing;
• Build and update local and international recent transactions database;
• Build market update pages based on J.P. Morgan’s research reports;
• Monitor and control the deal pipeline;
• Monitor and control the status of the ongoing transactions on internal systems;
• Assist the team with the deals execution including documentation, case studies, working group list and other materials.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
• Students of Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering;
• Graduation in June/2025 or later;
• Proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of MS Office package with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Strong interest in the Brazilian and international capital markets;
• Solid analytical skills; ability to quickly and intuitively analyze and correctly interpret data;
• Deep accounting knowledge;
• Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn, detail oriented, proactive and highly organized;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment, handling multiple projects under time constraints;
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
