Working Student - Institutional Sales (all genders) - Emerging Talent Program
JP Morgan Asset Management Team is looking for highly motivated Working Student to join its Sales team in Frankfurt for 19 h/week during the semester, full-time during breaks on-site in Frankfurt, starting as soon as possible. The duration of program is for at least one year and a maximum of 2 years.
Our team members and mentors will help you navigate the firm and continue to learn about our businesses. We're looking for enthusiastic Student, German Speaker, who demonstrates interest in finance, business administration, and ready to gain new experience.
Job Summary:
As a Working Student - Institutional Sales - Emerging Talent Program you will assist the sales team in preparing presentation booklets, maintaining databases, performing research projects. This role provides an opportunity to develop strong analytical skills, presentation skills, and multi-tasking.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in coordinating client meetings, preparing sales presentation booklets and meeting documents for client presentations, etc.
• Source and prepare responses for clients’ ad-hoc questions or reporting requests
• Assist the sales team in maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in client databases to provide access to key data
• Create fund competitor analyses using data bases as Morningstar or Bloomberg
• Perform research projects on various market and client topics
• Expense processing and reconciliation
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
• Fluent in German and in English is a must
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
• Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively as well as exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
• Currently enrolled studies in a Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree programme in Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
• Previous work experience as a Working Student/Intern within banks, insurance, asset management or consultants would be asset
