Working Student Private Equity Real Estate – Emerging Talent Program (all genders)
J.P. Morgan Asset Management Global Alternatives - Real Assets is the private equity real estate investment arm of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, with over $50.0 billion of real estate assets under management in the United States, Europe and Asia, the majority of which are direct equity real estate investments in office, retail, warehouse/industrial and residential properties through various funds and separate accounts.
Currently we are looking for a highly motivated Working Student (all genders), German Speaker, who would like to join our local Real Estate Private Equity team in Frankfurt for 19 h/week during the semester and fulltime in period of university holidays for a duration of at least 1 year.
Job Summary:
As a Working Student Private Equity Real Estate – Emerging Talent Program you will support the investment team in day-to-day operations. This Role provides opportunity to develop your analytical skills as well as presentation and multi-tasking abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, booklets and meeting documents
- Expense processing and reconciliation
- Process non-disclosure agreements
- Deliver on a robust risk control framework (e.g., reviews and reporting, Know your client processes)
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Studies of Business Administration, Finance or similar preferred, but not required
- Fluent in German and in English
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively as well as exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Good judgment and problem solving skills
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Affinity to real estate a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
