About our Team:
The Marketing Analytics team provides marketing data analytics support to all businesses within the Business Services vertical of LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
About the role:
The Marketing Data Quality Manager will oversee the management, quality and compliance of our marketing data assets. In this role, you will be responsible for defining data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing data governance framework, including policies, standards and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry best practices related to marketing data.
  • Defining and enforcing data quality standards for marketing data, including accuracy, completeness, consistency and reliability.
  • Implementing data quality monitoring processes and tools to identify and rectify data discrepancies and anomalies.
  • Acting as the primary data steward for marketing data, overseeing data definitions, hierarchies and taxonomies.
  • Working closely with IT and data engineering teams to integrate marketing data from various sources and systems.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of marketing data for strategic decision-making.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have experience in data governance, data management, or a related role, preferably in a marketing context.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of data protection regulations, data quality management, and data integration processes.
  • Have expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
