About the Team:
Product Operations at LexisNexis Risk aims to "Unlock product growth by reimagining How". This team works to promote excellence, remove barriers, and align the business around a future oriented around product growth. This team promotes cross-functional connections, business insight, and operational efficiency between the global Product team members and their cross-functional peers, increasing leverage so that LexisNexis product teams can ultimately deliver more value to customers, faster.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Data Analyst that will utilize product performance data to communicate customer problems and opportunities ultimately to help inform product strategy. This individual will conduct discovery with a variety of product stakeholders to understand the desired outcomes that help promote faster and smarter business decisions. This individual will own the collection, analysis of the organization's data inputs, and problem solving to propose data-driven insights for the business. These data-driven insights will be provided to product members across all areas with a focus on storytelling and tool automation when possible. Candidates must be highly capable in each of the following dimensions (among others): attention to detail, results oriented, adaptable, resourceful, analytical thinking/problem solving, proactive thinking, collaborative, contain a level of business acumen and technological savvy, and comfortable operating with/through a lean team.
You will be responsible for:
- Utilizing cross-functional data to correlate trends and identify strategic actions.
- Transforming data into actionable insights by designing information to be presented in the most impactful way to the viewer.
- Advocating for best practices in data insight tools and instrumentation.
- Automating data correlation, analysis, and reporting at every opportunity.
- Working with stakeholders to establish key performance indicators and monitoring implemented programs to measure ongoing success.
- Working to develop a wide network of strategic and trusted cross-functional relationships in order to stay informed on operational frustration and effectiveness.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Have experience answering specific quantitative questions and identifying trends and patterns in large data sets.
- Have experience using data visualization tools and building custom visualizations and reports, including Microsoft PowerBI.
- Have demonstratable time management and prioritization skills.
- Have knowledge of project management tools and practices.
- Have bachelor's or equivalent experience.
- Have experience with data and analytics technology.
