Title: Director - Product Management

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007, USA

Duties: Manage one or more software products from ideation through release to the market. Lead Product Management team in assessing market and defining strategy for that product. Focus on assessing client needs and feature functionality and implementing those requirements by working directly with strategy and engineering to define and develop the product. Facilitate internal communications and solicit product feedback from internal and external sources. Ensure business suitability and user satisfaction based on product feedback. Lead in providing client product support. Collaborate with Product Analysts or other staff. Interact with Research, Development, Program Management to plan releases in support of product roadmap strategy. Identify opportunities as per business needs leveraging AI and ML solutions. Perform market study/research to look for latest technological and solution trends and build strategy to incorporate into product vision. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to implement innovative solutions for products and enhance customer experience, developing business case/proposals for new opportunities that influence/convince leadership and stakeholders. Program manage key executive sponsored initiatives that support business objectives.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or in a related position defining product vison and roadmap by planning out product design and development cycle and setting goals. Full term of experience must include the following: gathering, synthetizing, and translating business requirements into technical and functional specifications; performing requirements design and management; prioritizing the backlog throughout product lifecycle; performing data and business analytics; performing user research to understand user needs and prioritize features; performing data analysis to identify opportunities and measure key KPI's and metrics for success; identifying opportunities as per business needs, leveraging AI and ML solutions; translating business needs to conceptual, logical and physical design of product solution; applying knowledge of digital transformation and agile methodology; and leading different various streams in parallel and managing senior stakeholders expectations through planned program updates.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $262,621 to $262,621, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
